Hey, I ordered two bottles of wine for around £70 with shipping. Instead, I received just one bottle worth £17. I've been trying to contact this company, but it's been a bit of a hassle.

Had a great time sipping this wine during a night out with pals, and I ended up ordering a case as soon as I got home. It's simply delightful, and I ain't touching supermarket wine anymore. This has become my new favorite!

This wine is really tasty and comes at a price that won’t hurt your wallet. The selection and payment process online was a breeze.

The delivery took more than two weeks, and I attempted to reach out through the emails I received and your site, but no luck. I needed the Zinfandel for a major dinner gathering, but since it didn’t arrive, I ended up going to Tesco instead.

The entire process was super simple! Honestly, it felt like a walk in the park.

I had to hunt around online since Aldi had quit carrying Grande Alberone Zinfandel. Luckily, I stumbled upon Svinando. Knowing it was shipped straight from Italy to Perthshire, Scotland, I was cool with waiting, but honestly, the delivery was quicker than I thought (it showed up today, just 10 days after I placed my order). The wine was packed up really well.

Order UK-10543910 - still not here. I've gotten two emails saying my order's been delivered, but that's just not the case. The company won't reply to my emails or messages on Facebook. I feel like there should be a way to get them to talk back, but after trying about eight times on different platforms, I'm just stuck. Since I used Amazon Pay, I thought this company was legit, and I had no issues with past orders. It's really frustrating and disappointing.

This isn't about the delivery itself, but rather the fact that I’m just under 3 miles from their claimed business location in N1 London. Living in N16, I found out that if I placed an order, I’d have to wait as long as 6 days for it to arrive, and that would also mean extra charges. I wanted to pick up a certain wine, but they told me that wasn’t possible. So, I went ahead and ordered from a different company that delivered the next day for way less than what they were asking. Sometimes, it really pays to look around. Oh, and the lady I spoke to was in Italy, so the UK number gets redirected, which might end up costing me more too.

Absolutely awful service. I placed an order for wine at the start of November, and received an email indicating that my order was on its way, with a tracking number to follow soon. Here we are, more than a month later, and still no tracking info. I've reached out three times—once through chat and twice via email. Not a single reply to any of my inquiries. It's honestly unbelievable that they take your cash without a care in the world, yet refuse to assist. Do yourself a favor and steer clear if you can.

I placed my order for Christmas wine back in November, well before their Black Friday sale. I got a confirmation for my order and was expecting it to arrive within a week, as their website stated (even though my last order took 15 days). Then, the Black Friday event rolled around, and poof! My order vanished, along with a lot of their inventory. After reaching out, I was informed that one of the wines was out of stock and asked if I’d be okay with a substitute. I agreed, but then... nothing. I followed up again, only to find out another wine was also unavailable. Sure, I said I’d take a substitute again. And then... silence. After sending emails and trying to chat online (which got no response), I finally managed to talk to someone. They told me that most of my order was out of stock and that I wouldn’t see any wine until next year! I ended up canceling my order, and as the chair of a wine society with plenty of members, my experience has spread like wildfire. It’s a shame because they have some great wines and a fantastic selection at good prices. But the service? Just awful. It was clear that Black Friday orders were prioritized over mine.

This is a solid item at a fair price, and it arrived quickly.
